Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and

around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and

healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help

them get back to their normal life faster.

We are looking for an Accountant capable of recording transactions, analyze data, contribute to a strong client

relationship through positive interactions with client personnel and help business make better financial

decisions.

Responsibilities:

 Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss

statement, and other reports.

 Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in a timely manner.

 Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations.

 Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.

 Maintaining accurate financial records; performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

 Connect with financial teams in other entities to track any issues and resolve them.

 Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.

 Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

 Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

 Assist in payroll processing, checking timesheets for accuracy.

 Handling direct deposit requests and processing paper checks for distribution.

 Acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in accountant or a relevant field.

 1-2 years’ experience.

 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

 Experience with creating financial statements.

 1-2 years’ experience in QuickBooks is preferred.

 Ability to learn and work with new software 

 Strong listening and communication skills.

 Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

 Attention to details and well organized.

 Fluency in English is a must for this position.

 Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm office based in Maadi.
