Medical Sales Representative

Job Description

PharmaCare Drug Store is looking to hire a medical representative in UAE. The role of the position is to deliver the highest quality scientific information to the largest number of HCPs, regarding our prescription drugs and over-the-counter drugs, in individual or group clinics, hospitals, and pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities

• Learn about drugs and diseases at the highest standard and keep scientific knowledge up to date.
• Manage a master list of doctors and Pharmacists to ensure the coverage of the right HCPs at the right frequency of visit (territory management). This will imply planning visits to individual HCPs, group presentations in hospitals/clinics, and attendance at local medical events or regional, and national congresses.
• In the case of activity in Pharmacy, tasks may be delivering scientific information to pharmacists, stock availability checking, servicing requests from pharmacists, educational events implementation, order taking where allowed, and collecting general market feedback.
• Maximize sales in the existing accounts and create plans to penetrate new accounts.
• Preparing and proposing for tenders as well as building financial and technical offers.
• Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete documentation for all products related activities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy, veterinary, or sciences bachelor’s degree.
• Strong work ethic and high energy resilience, integrity, and honesty levels.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including public speaking.
• Computer literate.
• Availability in UAE is a Must.
• UAE driving license is a Must.
• Father/ husband visa.
