Job Overview
A Food and Beverage manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing strategies, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
Responsibilities for Marketing Manager
- Build and implement overall marketing strategies, to support business growth and expansion.
- Create a strategy for new product launching, enhanced product & communication campaigns.
- Set and manage the marketing budget and monitor the result on monthly basis.
- Improve market share and monitor it on a quarterly basis.
- Lead cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and manufacturing to drive initiatives to improve products, introduce new flavors, and improve packaging.
- To conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future products\services.
- Understands the financial impact of activities and decisions, works within the approved budget, demonstrates responsibility in the use of human and physical resources, and contributes to building a culture of cost awareness.
- Review & Oversee content for varieties of platforms to raise awareness about the company and its products
- Responsible for the development & execution of the communication strategy
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends & competitor activity to identify potential growth opportunities
- Liaise with creative, digital, and other media agencies to manage brand and social media channels basis the consumption pattern of the target customer.
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Lead the execution of marketing plans from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
Financial & P&L responsibility
- Set, monitor and deliver on budget
- Ensure continued growth in sales numbers and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and business management with a strong background in the FMCG or food service industry
- Knowledge in Market Planning and Research, Brand Management, and Advertising
- Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
- Effective communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong English language fluency and Arabic language is a plus.
- Well-versed in managing marketing plans & campaigns, and leading the team
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Brand building & activation
- Led new brand/sub-brand launch hands-on
- Driven strategic direction in the creation of extensive & detailed brand plans.
- Involved in the selection of appropriate media agencies to drive the marketing agenda
