Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide effective technical support to ensure the smooth running of our company’s infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company’s network and computer systems, installing, and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting, and solving technical problems for all business users.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Assist with setting up accounts and enrolling machines for new users following the company standards.

• Provide first and second line of support for users seeking technical assistance.

• Assist with Active Directory and firewall administration.

• Assist with group policy management.

• Assist with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems administration.

• Setup security applications and maintain high security standards.

• Assist with setting up and supporting cloud infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft Office 365)

• Assist with setting up and supporting VPN clients.

• Administration and support of the WIFI, CCTV, conference, and VOIP systems

• Create and maintain network technical documentation.

• Assist with IT hardware and software procurement management.

Experience requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support and network management or a similar role, preferably in a multinational financial services environment

• Experience in Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 administration is a plus.

• Experience in configuring network and hardware monitoring dashboards using open-source network monitoring tools (such as Zabbix, PRTG, and similar ones) is a plus.

• Experience with virtualization technology is a plus.

• Experience in IT procurement processes and vendor management is a plus.

Education and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and technical certificates

• Ability to work in a challenging environment.

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

• Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in English
