MNA Properties are seeking an Off-plan manager to join the family!

*Management experience within off-plan real estate is necessary*

Responsibilities:

Set targets and establish incentives to motivate the sales team
Promote staff development through training and support
Review and attend with closing transactions
Actively involve with recruiting agents
Plan targets for the team per quarter
Develop and establish a good work environment
Keep up with market trends with developers
Source potential investors/buyers and establish maintain a good work relationship

Package is flexible dependent on experience.
