About the job
The individual will be required to manage the marketing team and spearhead the department. He/She should be able to manage marketing campaigns based on marketing strategies to identify key demographics pertaining to the industry to have a competitive edge
Responsibilities:
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online) for retail and corporate divisions
- Implementation of marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
- Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
- Assesses and identifies department requirements and formulates a department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, summits, conferences, and festivals.
- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote marketing activities and enhance the company’s market presence
- Monitoring and improving SEO optimization to ensure maximum exposure through online platforms
- Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need
Education:
Graduate degree in Marketing (Master’s in marketing Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing with a bank/foreign exchange
Competences:
- Excellent content management skills
- Capable of drawing up a bespoke marketing strategy as per the requirements
- Responsive design/marketing skills
- Out-of-the-box approach and excellent creativity
- Able to manage a team efficiently
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
