DUNE | 23 has been delivering successful Experiential and Community initiatives, including Abu Dhabi Spartan World Championship, Mubadala World Tennis Championship, Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open, Tough Mudder KSA & Ras Al Khaimah, and many more. We are looking for a qualified Experiential & Community Executive to join our marketing team! If you are passionate, self-driven, ambitious and have proven experience working for events in the UAE, we would love to meet you!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend meetings, drafting proposals, planning initiation and implementation of campaigns and strategies 
  • Site visits, set ups and on site management of activations  
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness 
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback of campaigns 
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams  
  • Provide regular updates, creation of post event reports & updating internal and external stakeholders 
  • Responding to clients & team members in a timely manner 
  • Build relationships with customers/ visitors / attendees / industry professionals 
  • Management of production and branding for campaigns, supplier management  
  • Business Development for Experiential & Community department ie: General Activations, Brand Activations, Community Ambassadors Programme, Branding Production, Launch Events, Opening Ceremonies, community outreach to different segments including schools & universities. 

  

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role 
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives 
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs 
  • Excellent verbal communication & writing skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills 
  • Hands on experience with community & brand management 
  • Ability to interpret required contingency plan for onsite activations 
  • Knowledge of online & social marketing  
  • Knowledge of branding production and local suppliers  
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver 
  • Someone who takes initiative, can work independently but notifies the team when they need support whilst being organized and can prioritize
  • Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
