We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual (LADIES ONLY), responsible for providing administrative support to our Real Estate company.
- Plan, coordinate, direct and control the day-to-day admin activities and duties.
- Send emails and documentation filing.
- Provide administrative support to our agents, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and answering phone calls.
- Manage and update our client database and keep track of important dates and deadlines.
- Accurately and efficiently prepare and process documents, including reports, letters, and contracts.
- Thorough Knowledge of Property Listings on the different advertising portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle)
- Managing listings on different advertising portals Ensuring High-Quality Scores for each listing.
- Must be well versed with Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest.
Qualifications:
- One year of Administrative or Office Support experience.
- Good working experience in MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.
- Good written and oral communication skills Exceptional Organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
- Experience in similar position, familiar with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
- One year of Administrative or Office Support experience.

Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Office Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday & Half-day Every Saturday
