About the Role
Nervora is looking for an intern with advanced experience in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign for WIRED Middle East’s Editorial Art & Graphic team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in the tech and innovation space with exceptional attention to detail and exemplary organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Art & Graphic team to fulfill our editorial vision.
- Support with artwork creation, such as developing artwork/graphic social media posts, basic web banners, template layouts, etc.
- Work on cutouts and style text in line with the Art & Graphic team.
- Organize and archive content/images and update internal assets.
- Research for content/images and collate reports.
- Support with additional tasks to help deliver our editorial objectives.
- Additional administrative tasks as required
Basic Qualifications
- You are currently a senior at a 2+ year university in graphic design, marketing/advertising, or similar department. Or you are a graduate with previous work experience (i.e., at least a 3-month internship or summer job) in the related field.
- You have advanced skills in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign.
- You have excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- You can work on a flexible schedule.
