Barista

Job Description

We are hiring a Barista position to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and creating different types of coffee and tea.

Responsibilities

educating customers on our drinks, making recommendations , up-selling special items and taking orders.

 Open and close shifts, prepare café area.

• Comply with cash discipline.

• Control and comply with product storage standards, rotation rules, including shelf life.

• Undertake training and refresher courses at the company’s training center.

• Participate in the development of the menu and company standards.

• Participate in the life of the company and your workplace café.

Qualifications

•3 year experience or more in the coffee/hospitality industry.

• Leadership qualities, ability to build constructive relations.

• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, stress-resistance.
