Job Description

The Affiliate Program Manager is responsible for managing a team of affiliate account managers, analyzing marketing KPIs and sales funnels, developing strategies to optimize the affiliate program, and creating reports to communicate progress and performance to upper management.

Success in this position would involve driving affiliate program growth and revenue, optimizing affiliate partner performance, creating successful marketing campaigns, and increasing brand exposure through affiliate marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of affiliate account managers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Analyze marketing KPIs and sales funnels to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies to optimize the affiliate program, including identifying new affiliate partners and optimizing existing partnerships
  • Create reports to communicate progress and performance to upper management
  • Work with the marketing team to develop successful marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Communicate regularly with affiliate partners to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and tools, such as Commission Junction, ShareASale, or Rakuten Marketing
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development tools is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello, is also a plus.
