Sales Manager

Job Description

Sand and Sea Properties is the fastest growing real estate agency in Dubai, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the Dubai real estate industry for at least 5 years out of which at least 3 has been a manager, with a strong sales background and experience managing a sales team.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
Manage and lead the sales team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
Recruit, train, mentor and develop new and existing sales team members to ensure they are achieving their targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, and partners in the industry.
Monitor the real estate market and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the market.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Standard industry salary and commissions for this position will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications
