Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in the stock broker industry in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with clients to increase revenue and grow our customer base. As a sales professional, you will work closely with our research and investment teams to provide clients with insights into market trends and investment opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase investment opportunities and market insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to provide clients with accurate and relevant information
  • Collaborate with research and investment teams to provide clients with personalized investment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and client information in our CRM system
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand network and build brand awareness
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in sales or the stock broker industry, preferably in the GCC region
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
