Job Description

We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Tele sales Agents (Multi language speaker) to be joining our team in Dubai.

Candidates who has a proven track record of tele sales would be advantageous.

Job Description

  • Calling existing and potential customers.
  • Generating leads by calling on lists.
  • Entertaining customer’s inquiries accordingly.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
  • Around 1 to 2 years of Telesales experience in Real Estate.
  • Fluent in English (other languages as mentioned).
