Job Description
- Minimum 5 years? experience with Two Implementations in EC
- Should be Certified SuccessFactors EC consultant
- Experience in working on all data models ? Succession, CSF, Corporate data models, XML & Country Specific Corporate models
- Associations & propagations, Custom MDF objects, HRIS Sync, Business Rules, EC objects & Definitions, Workflow configurations, Picklist & Data imports
- Knowledge in Position management
- EC Time Off experience in configuring Time profile, time type, Business Rules, Workflow configuration, Time account types.
- Role Based permissions & Reporting
- Should
- have experience in SAP HCM Payroll Implementation. Preferred to have experience in Saudi Arabia country Grouping version along with Travel Management
- SAP HCM and FI integration for GL Account, Symbolic Account, Wagetype posting both payroll & payment & Preliminary DME program for wage and salary payments.
- Integration experience with S4 HANA & SuccessFactors (HCI)
- Good Communication skills & Business Knowledge and expected to drive the project
- Knowledge in Other SF modules is preferred
