Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Summary:

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to promote and elevate the brand presence of our company or clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and content creation, to identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to create authentic and impactful influencer campaigns. Your role will involve researching, identifying, and onboarding influencers, negotiating partnerships, managing contracts, coordinating campaigns, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Identify target audiences and relevant influencers, and create influencer marketing plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Influencer Identification and Onboarding: Research, identify, and evaluate potential influencers based on brand fit, audience demographics, engagement, and reach. Build and maintain a robust database of influencers for future collaborations. Develop and execute influencer onboarding processes, including negotiations, contract management, and payment terms.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including content creation, campaign tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with influencers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content, adherence to brand guidelines, and campaign success.
  4. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators, acting as the main point of contact. Provide guidance, direction, and support to influencers throughout the campaign period, and ensure their compliance with campaign requirements.
  5. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns based on data-driven analysis.
  6. Industry and Competitive Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities in the influencer marketing landscape. Continuously seek new opportunities to innovate and improve influencer marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing landscape, including social media platforms, content creation, and influencer trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, identify, and onboard influencers based on brand fit, audience demographics, and engagement.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with influencers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative influencer campaigns.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to influencer marketing and advertising, including FTC guidelines.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
