A Technical Project Manager at Proxidize would manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning to development to deprecation as well as managing the engineering team and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple engineering projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate scrum sprints, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Own products and work closely with Customer Success and stakeholders to define product requirements, features, user stories, and roadmaps.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that tasks are appropriately assigned and prioritized.
- Conduct weekly scrum reviews to track progress, identify risks, and remove blockers.
- Document products, processes, and project-related information to ensure effective knowledge sharing and communication among team members.
- Allocate engineering resources across projects, taking into consideration project priorities, resource availability, and skillsets.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Experience using AI assistants & tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in implementing and managing Agile processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project management tools, such as ClickUp, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
