Responsibilities
- Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations.
- Supports the smooth running of the reservations department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
- Daily telemarketing with travel agencies.
- Coordinate DMC contracts & contracted hotels and manage the sales and close and open the availability according to each property commands.
- Uploading the rates in extranet.
- Enter the bookings for other OTAS hasnβt API with our platform.
- Selling and promoting reservation package with tour operator and tracking the payment.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Providing support to clients who may need group reservation for all properties.
- Replies all emails requests are answered in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Should have min. 2 yearsβ experience as Reservations Agent.
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
- Preferably with experience in Opera system
- Preferably with experience in religious tourism domain.
- Prior experience working with OTA will be preferred.
- Prior experience working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
