Django Lead Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Developer to join our team at JC Management. As the Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our software products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and testing of software products using Python, Django, and React.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design, and testing documentation.
- Continuously improve our development processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, and share your knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong experience with Python, Django, and React.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members.
