Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Realtors to join our Real Estate Company in Dubai. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for selling and renting residential and commercial properties to potential clients. You will identify leads, develop relationships with clients, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and you will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and identify potential clients
• Develop relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Conduct property viewings and provide relevant information to clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales and rental agreements
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Attend networking events and develop a strong professional network
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and real estate regulations
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
• Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales in Dubai preferred
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
