Job Description
In this role you will call prospective customers in designated market areas to identify interest and present our technological services.
Responsibilities
- Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.
- Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
- Secures and holds meetings with prospects.
- Enters names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into our CRM.
- Follows up with customers to solicit further sales.
- Works either from predictive dial system or of call sheets
- Prepares report on sales activities.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Competencies and skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
