We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, who possesses successful experience in promoting components for Oil-Submersible Pumps and Oil-Submersible cables, and a proven track record of sales achievements in the Middle East and Africa.
About the Role:
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Type of Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Customer acquisition; managing customer relationships, leading customer negotiations
- Developing and sustaining long-term account development strategies with high value regional existing and potential customers with strong potential for repeat business achieve
- Conclusion of contracts and sales execution
- Establishing sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume, forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region
- Conducting effective B2B negotiations at different levels
- Managing after-sales activities and follow up with customers
- Proactively finding opportunities for business growth
- Conducting market research to identify new potential customers and customer needs
Qualifications:
- A proven self-driven, conscientious, goal oriented senior sales executive with an extensive regional network, ideally with previous experience with Electric Submersible Pumps units and Oil-Submersible cable sales and distribution in MENA.
- Technical knowledge of the sector and the ability to navigate the assortment
- Proven track record of sales achievements
- Ability to prospect and acquire new customers
