We are looking for a Sales Executive to join the Business Development team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

Your Mission
We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Sales Manager for our team in KSA. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact on an ever-growing business, this might be the place for you! The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and working closely with the management.
Your Heroic Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality sales presentations and proposals
- Provide sales training and support to team members as needed
- Prepare regular sales reports and attend sales meetings
- Perform other duties as requested by line manager
Your Heroic Skills
- Proven experience as a sales manager, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external (vendors) and internal (regional/global/local) teams across departments
- Previous experience in a startup environment, specifically online marketplaces ideal
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Nice To Have
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in BA, Marketing, or a Related Field.
- Minimum of 2 years as a Sales representative
