Head of Delivery, (Issuing & Acquiring, Complex Projects) – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
You will gain exposure to the financial and FinTech industry by working with a global firm.
Reporting into: Head of Technology
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of projects (customers and internal) of varying sizes from initiation to Delivery to customers and/or internal stakeholders.
- Provide management oversight of project ensuring they meet the job responsibilities.
- Provide leadership and accountability to remove roadblocks for project delivery and success.
- Work with other departments including IT, OPS, Finance, and sales to ensure smooth delivery of projects on time.
- Improve project management process though a robust daily management of projects and deliver improvements in standard work
- Act as 1st level of escalation and customer interface by facilitating team meetings to include tracking and managing action items to meet customer deliverables as well as distributing regular status report
- Training and coach the project managers to groom them up and develop their project management skills
Must Have
- 7 Years Experience across industry sector working on Complex projects within FS / Fintech / Banking
- Great Communication
- English Speaking (Arabic speaking is a plus)
- Client Representative / Stakeholder Management
- Issuing & Acquiring
- Dealing with vendors – Tracking progress – reporting
Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
Salary: CIRCA – SAR 40K depending on experience
