Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in the Dubai real estate market, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for managing the sales and rental of properties and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
• Work closely with clients to determine their needs and preferences, and recommend properties that meet their requirements.
• Manage the sales and rental of properties, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and follow up with clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid RERA certification is preferred .
