We are LI-NING looking for a: Marketing Director
Salary: $225k – $275k/year (Basic salary does not include bonuses)
Contribute and develop Ecommerce strategy, annual budget, and business KPIs
Work closely and collaborate with marketing on customer (CRM) and category strategic development & retention.
Lead and develop the partner marketplace ecosystem in line with company expansion goals.
Make recommendations to senior management on commercial opportunities with new partners and new regions on factual analysis, trends, and needs while monitoring and reporting on all digital partners.
Ensure ongoing content optimization of content throughout the lifecycle of all SKUs (across all platforms).
Oversee the entire e-commerce division, organizational structure, and task allocation.
Leverage the digital space to build the brands reach and reputation
Conduct e-Market research and identify new opportunities.
Deliver insight and analytics to the business on a regular basis.
Track, analyse, and report on department KPIs.
Minimum requirements
3-5 years of working experience in a marketing role, preferably in international organizations and with an agency with a global clientele
Can demonstrate end-to-end manageability of campaigns and drive business results
With experience and skills in managing and implementing marketing campaigns for paid digital channels including Google Ads & Bing Ads for search and display as well as paid social media advertising (Paid Social)
With strong analytical training and the ability to evaluate programs and track results
Strong communication and presentation skills, spoken and written
Passion for building a global brand in the education industry
Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced and business environment
- English proficiency in both written and spoken and MBA will be appreciated
