Job Description

TroKadero Management seeks a positive, service-oriented, energetic and self-motivated General Manager to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the launch of a boutique city hotel in Riyadh. As General Manager, you will have a rare opportunity to help lead and define the identity of this unique location. 

This position will be based in a brand new 24-villas only boutique hotel close to Diriyadh. This hotel offers refined accommodations as well as the possibility to develop very bespoke FB offering.

Our ideal candidate can be a first time GM, FB experienced prefered.

Over time, there is a unique option for the well-qualified candidate to oversee multiple boutique hotel properties.

He/She will manage all aspects of the hotel operations; this includes guest satisfaction, employee staffing & development, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and other administration needs.

Functioning as the primary strategic leader of the hotel with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance and sales and revenue generation. WIth a strong emphasis on quality of service.

Making key decisions and overseeing execution, and ensuring appropriate resources are available to achieve high level of customer satisfaction

Ensuring brand standards are met with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations; communicating follow-up actions to the team as necessary.
