Senior Interior Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Senior architect with 7+ years of experience to

work with & lead the architecture team to help progress and manage the

architectural requirements to develop design solutions and provide project

coordination for all project phases, from concept to construction. Your work ethic

and dedication to problem solving, combined with our commitment to

collaboration and mentoring is a core part of your role. We are looking for a strong

all-round architect, who has significant creative and technical experience. An

architecture degree is required, along with the following key skills:

a strong creative eye with the ability to work on different project scales.

• experience in leading different phases of project work including preparation

of conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction document

packages.

• strong communication and co-ordination skills with the team, clients,

consultants, contractors and suppliers.

• ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, create time

schedules, and manage to meet their deadlines.

• good project and team management skills and experience.

• ability to juggle two-three simultaneous projects at different phases of

development.

• an engaging team player with great interpersonal communication skills

• proficiency using AutoCAD (2D) and preferably Sketch-up.

• solid modelling and visualization skills are essential (using 3dsMax and the

V-Ray platform.)

• a high standard of graphic presentation and layout design skills using

Adobe Photoshop

• solid visual and spoken presentation skills

• confident on site when site visits are required.

• In-depth knowledge of different building and finishing materials and good

knowledge of technical drawing and detailing.

• knowledge of Egyptian building regulations is preferred.
