Responsibilities
– Dealing with customer issues via phone.
– Handling customers and solving their problems .
– provide knowledgeable answers to customers. questions about product,pricing and availability.
-work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
-Location : 6 October with transportation.
Requirements
-Graduates only.
-Both genders can apply.
-Ready to start immediately.
-Fluent English
-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent written,verbal and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication , handling and problem solving skills .
-ability to multitask , prioritize and organize work .
