Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join their team and contribute to the growth of their brand in selling Solid Surface / Onyx / Artificial Marble products. The Sales Executive in this company will be considered a business partner responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities to generate revenue and build strong customer relationships in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

– Achieve sales targets by promoting solid surface – artificial marble products to potential clients, manufacturers, or contractors in UAE (mainly), Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

– Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers through networking, cold calling, and numerous lead-generation activities.

– Regular follow-ups on leads, visit customers on-site and prepare sales proposals and quotations in a timely manner.

– Develop an in-depth understanding of our artificial marble products, related technical aspects, competitive products, and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building/construction industry.

– Experience in selling artificial marble products or similar products in the building materials industry will be considered an asset.

– Should possess 3 years of UAE sales experience in one of the following fields: construction materials, building materials, solid surface, and construction chemicals.

– Willingness to travel frequently and be in the field most of the time, being highly motivated and eager to seize opportunities and close deals.

– Have dealt with contractors, subcontractors, and developers.

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / MBA.

– Fluent in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.

– Knowledge of CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and regular visit reports.

– Valid UAE driver’s license with own car.

– Presentable, well organized, ability to work under pressure.

– Ready to travel most of the time inside the UAE for daily customer/client visits and GCC countries (once or twice a month).

– Eager to achieve targets and motivated to grow in the company.
