Experienced Multi-lingual Server for Boutique Hotel’s Fine Dining Restaurant

Our client, a family boutique hotel in the Palmeraie, is seeking an experienced server to provide exceptional service to their esteemed guests in the hotel’s fine dining restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the hospitality industry, showcasing strong communication skills and an aptitude for providing a memorable dining experience.

Minimum Experience:

At least 3 years of experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a 4-star or 5-star hotel’s fine dining restaurant.

Location:

This position is based in the Palmeraie, Marrakech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience by promptly attending to their requests, maintaining a positive attitude, and displaying excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service to guests.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings and be able to upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in inventory management, including beverages and alcohol, as necessary.

Essential Skills:

Hard Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and service standards.
  • Ability to use Point of Sale (POS) systems, such as Lightspeed.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent guest relations and customer service abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure requests and allergies are handled without error.

Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work on weekdays and weekends as necessary.
  • Proficiency in French, English, and Arabic.
