  • Support daily operation of Manufacturing tools for production / quality / maintenance follow-up & reporting.
  • Deploy new Group Standard to come related to Valeo Digital Factory (VDF) on Production Lines:
  • MES (Manufacturing Execution System),
  • eBTT (Electronic Build To Truck : Production Operation Scheduling system )
  • eWS eWork Station (operational electronic documentation system),
  • Barcode Solution (Barflow)
  • Ensure new version testing and validation in Quality servers with Logistic and VPS Key users for all VDF systems before production server updating.
  • Be the interlocutor with the IS SSC of the evolutions on VDF systems that are requested by the business operational team
  • Manage the account creation and access in all VDF systems
  • Ensure the DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) procedure testing and validation for all VDF systems
  • Manage the Valeo Digital Factory hardware (ZEBRA Printers, barcode devices)
  • Coordinate with the IT support and ITC the new hardware installation for new production lines according the Valeo Infrastructure Standards
  • Manage all incidents related to the interfaces between VDF systems and SAP ERP ECC6. (SAP MM/SD knowledges are very appreciated)
  • Support the logistic network on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) with Customers and Suppliers by implementing new configurations or solve incidents of messages sent and its integration
  • Ensure with the Site Security Officer to apply security standards in the site related to your perimeter
  • reports directly to the IS Manager of the Ben Arous Valeo plant
