Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a team player, and have a strong track record of delivering successful Odoo projects. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Odoo applications, modules, and integrations
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Design and implement database schemas and APIs
  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
  • Support test and deployment of new products and features

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field)
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Odoo development
  • Strong experience in Python and JavaScript
  • Expertise in Odoo development, including server-side and client-side development, ORM, QWeb, and Odoo framework
  • Experience in database design and optimization, including PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
