Job Description
Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for a Listing Admin to join us with minimum of 2-years experience in the same field. Candidates with Listing experience shall only be considered for this role. This would be an office-based role and the right candidate should be available to join immediately.
Administrative Assistant for Listing
- Responsible for end to end listing of our properties in all of our portals.
- Coordination with the BDMs, Reservations and Operations Team for Listing properties.
- Sending out information and emails for new property descriptions
- Work closely with marketing and photographer for listing photos and content
- Amendments / changing / refreshing / update of listing prices
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in business administration/ IT or relevant discipline
- Strong IT skills: Excel or Google Sheets, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Document filing, calendar management, etc.
- Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills
- English – fluent working proficiency (both speaking and writing)
- 2+ year in similar role
