Job description 

*Position*: Sales Manager

*Location* : DUBAI

*Salary : 15,000 to 20,000 AED + Insurance + visa + incentive

Qualifications & Experience

·       Degree in Business, with majors in marketing or sales. 

·       5 to 7 years of business development, Advertising  and sales experience  

·   Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. 

·       Persuasion and negotiation skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills. 

·       Candidate must be currently based in UAE and hold a valid driving license

·       Work with internal teams to facilitate clients- ad campaigns from start to finish

Preferably from Print/Radio/TV background

To achieve the annual sales targets for the territory ( UAE ) for Republic TV, India TV, NDTV 24×7, AAJ Tak, and India Today.

·       By projecting the revenues that can be achieved from that territory and finalising the targets 

·       By prioritising between clients and servicing them accordingly 

·       By closing deals at optimal rates 

·       By optimal utilisation of inventory available to get maximum yield

·       By following a daily sales call plan

 To develop new clients /categories in the territory ( UAE )

·       By mapping clients who have never advertised on electronic media 

·       By analysing the information available to generate leads 

·       By utilising networking skills to gain information on clients who have never advertised before and convert them by preparing suitable presentations and customising sales packages 

·       By mapping the market and maximising market coverage 

·       By maintaining uniformity of communication to the clients and agencies 

·       By carrying yourself and your brand with dignity, honour and commitment

·       Work Closely with Creative Agencies , Media Buying Agencies & Media Sales Agencies
