Job Description

The core responsibility is to assist the C Level Executive by performing all administrative and clerical duties required. The role requires flexibility and the ability to deal with a wide variety of Operations tasks.

Experience and Skills.

  • 3-4 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant;
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines);
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners;
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings;
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports;
  • Take minutes during meetings;
  • Organize and carry out projects with minimal instruction;
  • Make sound work decisions in accordance with rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
