Experience: More than 2 Years in coordinating with different departments/staffs/clients for the Owner/Managing Director, Looking after Owner’s/MD’s calendar, Doing hotel and travel bookings, Paying attention to details
Ensuring a high level of accuracy,
- Administrative tasks: This includes tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Communication: The Executive Assistant or Secretary is often the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, and is responsible for relaying messages and scheduling meetings. (Candidate must be in UAE )
