Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Creating a portfolio of Partners accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
● Write Marketing Briefs, arrange and take minutes of meeting with the clients, ensure that the status of every partner is fully clear to upper management.
● Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the Partner projects.
● Conducting meetings with the Partners as well as informing them about the current
work status of their projects.
● Establishing relationships with new Partners and maintaining and nurturing business
relationships with existing Partners.
● Identifying Partners whose who’s not happy so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers
and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
● Meet and liaise with Partners to discuss and identify their projects requirements, act as the link between the client and Falcons by maintaining regular contact with both.
● Work with Falcons colleagues to devise campaigns that meet the partner or any business lead brief.
Qualification and Skills:
● Bachelor degree in Marketing, communication, or related field
● Gaming and e-sport background is a plus
● 2 – 4 years of experience in account management
● Excellent communication skills, clean and professional, oral and written.
● English language is a must
● Ability to judge creative and comment effectively, along with understanding how to communicate ideas effectively.
● Resourceful and flexible, problem solving and critical thinker
● Ownership mentality and spirit, with prime focus on quality.
● Eager – willing to pitch-in on anything
● Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
● Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
