Job Description

Main Duties:

·      Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.

·      Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.

·      Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.

·      Foster relationships with new wholesalers to achieve desired revenue.

·      Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.

·      Responsible of routes re engineering of sales and marketing team

·      Planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.

·      Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives.

·      Sustains rapport with key clients by making periodic visits.

·      Maintain products availability and visibility

·      Check and confirm orders, and track goods receiving by customers

·      Align with Supply Chain on quantities needed (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing and team management

·      Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

·      Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

·      The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

·      Understanding of key marketing principles and practice

·      Ability to meet targets, deadlines and work under pressure
