Retail Sales Specialist

Job Description

3mplast, a leading plastic manufacturer in the middle east is seeking a retail sales specialist to fill a position at our showroom in Centro Mall with the possibility of rotation between Centro Mall and our showroom in Le Mall Dbayeh.

The retail specialist position will be responsible for:

1. Greet and direct customers.

2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).

3. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.

4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.

5. Ensure racks are fully stocked.

6. Manage returns of merchandise.

7. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

8. Inform customers about discounts and special offers.

9. Stay up to date with new products/services.

10. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
