What will you be doing?
β Advising leadership teams on human resources plans and processes
β Analyzing and improving organization's current HR programs
β Developing, reviewing, and applying HR policies and procedures
β Ensuring HR agendas are aligned with employment law
β Formulating and retaining HR related reports
β Acknowledging, suggesting and overseeing any changes related to workflows
β Looking at new ways to generate and analyses data and reports
