Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Real estate industry.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Master’s is a plus.

Job Location:

Silver Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To be able to work on re-sale (lease/rent) as well as off-plan properties.
2. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
5. Maintain up to date knowledge of property laws & policies.

Skills

SKILLS:

1. Business Development.
2. Target driven.

4. Dubai real estate knowledge is plus.
5. Proficiency in English is must. Arabic or other language is a plus.
6. Negotiation & convincing skills.
7. Strong communication skills – including both verbal & written.
