(Master’s degree is a plus)</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Job location:</strong></p><p><span>1105, Silver Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong>ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><span>The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics.</span></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><span>1. Responsible for </span><span>the overall Sales management, direction, and coordination of sales, rental, leasing & off plan activities in the company.</span></p><ol><li>Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.</li></ol><p><span>3. Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Train guide and monitor and recruit result oriented sales consultants.</span></p><ol><li>Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the company and that you are able to effectively articulate its positioning in the marketplace.</li><li>Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Property Market and service and awareness of general industry trends.</li><li>Develop and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline.</li></ol><p><span>7. Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.</span></p><p><span>8. RERA certified.</span></p><p><strong>Skills & Requirements:</strong></p><p><span>1. Strong team management & coaching skills.</span></p><p><span>2. Proficiency in English is must. Arabic & other languages are a plus.</span></p><p><span>3. Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate industry & real estate laws.</span></p><p><span>4. Target driven.</span></p><p><span>5. Strong communication skills – including both verbal & written.</span></p><p><span>6. Good Product Knowledge.</span></p><p><span>7. Strong negotiation skills.</span></p><p><span>8. Relationship-building.</span></p><p><span>9. Should have UAE driving license.</span></p><p><br></p>
