Job Description

  • Prepare RTM and detailed Scope of Work.
  • Understand the as- is systems of records and processes.
  • Align with Architecture, design and delivery teams.
  • Prepare BRD / user stories aligned and agreed with standard process following eTOM.
  • Support design, development team and defect fixing during phases as required.

Skills

  • Preferably Siebel 8.x certified or experience with latest version of Siebel is considered as important criteria.
  • CBAP or CCBA certification is a plus.
  • At least 12 years of Telecom experience in CRM (preferable Siebel) as part of an implementation team in which he should have worked at least 6 years as Business Analyst.
  • Worked previously as a developer or Solution Designer is plus.
  • Worked in at least three major E2E implementations as a Business Analyst.
  • Well versed with eTOM processes for CRM.
  • He should have attitude to guide team to the standard than just doing as- is and reach to a mutual consensus.
  • Prior experience of documenting as- is system processes with respect to his or her assigned work area.
  • Clear understanding of telecom business processes, IT Architecture, Software Development involving multiple applications.
  • Worked in Requirement gathering and aware of software delivery milestones/ processes for both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Worked in projects where agile delivery methods and waterfall delivery methods were used.
  • Should be able to coordinate with designers and Architects and align.
  • Experience in different process tools is important to have.
