Clinical Application Specialist

Job Description

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Devices company who are hiring a Clinical Application Specialist to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Organize and conduct product and clinical training, workshops, and lectures to sales staff, partners, and customers.
• Identify opportunities and drive the sales of clinical product portfolio.
• Instruct clinical staff in the use of the products to ensure adherence with product protocols and safety standards.
• Provide regional Marketing department with market and competitive information gathered during customer visits.
• Develop relationship with Key Opinion Leaders identified in the assigned geography.
• Develop and provide up-to-date clinical, technical, and competitive information and sales tools.
• Assist in product launches, customer product feedback, review of new equipment projects, input on marketing strategies associated with sales, and medical congress support as needed.
• Provide regional clinical support as required.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• University Degree in Radiology Medical Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical radiology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge of computing and technical environments, such as operating systems, communication protocols, software applications, hardware platforms, etc.
• Ability to meet travel obligations.
