Senior HR Executive | Corporate Services | Cairo, Egypt

Overview of the Role:

The HR Executive will ensure all the administrative & Facilities management processes and procedures are properly carried out within Al Futtaim for Trading & Services office.

 

What Will You Do

  • You will be responsible for the coordination of all efforts to accurately and timely complete each payroll cycle.
  • Job requires professional experience, solid knowledge of payroll system, payroll process, close reports, reconciliation processes, federal, state and local taxation, banking activities, benefit policies and audit requests.
  • Reconciliation routines and generate and review payroll reporting and Involved in projects impacting SAP HR system
  • Attend critical issues with a sense of emergency, follow up on tickets and employee requirements that affects employee’s payments and Special attention to exempt states that requires immediate attention.
  • Support new system configuration testing and maintenance as required to support business/policy changes including communicating requirements, testing proposed solutions, ensuring transitions to production
  • Review, balance and load SAP one-time payments and recurring payments interface into payroll system. Involved in projects impacting SAP HR system
  • issue and review cheques payment of governmental social insurance forms on monthly basis to ensure compliance to the Egyptian labor law.
  • Update and maintain employee’s personnel files, database in hard & soft copies and generate monthly reports for the insured employees to ensure a workflow in accordance with the Egyptian labor law.

  • SAP Successfactors experience
  • Experience working in shared services team

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min 3-4 years of experience facilities management experience is preferable.
  • Ability to own initiatives within a very dynamic environment.
  • Possess strong leadership skills to deal with diversified teams.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very Good command of Arabic and English language.
  • Proficient with computer usage of Microsoft office.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Planning and analytical skills.
