Job Description

Areas of Responsibility:
• Advising on and Sales of real estate / properties to both international and local clients
– Apartments, villas, townhouses, etc. from real estate developers or the secondary market
– Re-Sale of our own apartments in UAE, purchased by our group before
– Offering the unique C&P All-Round-Service-Package to clients with lots of distinguishing benefits
Higher focus on off-plan projects and re-sale as an option
• Representing C&P Real Estate to clients as the professional partner of choice in Dubai
• Consulting clients about the Dubai real estate market with all the characteristics and benefits
• Contacting and servicing leads generated through online marketing campaigns or received through referrals
• Identifying, contacting and consulting new clients from own network and initiating the sales process
• Introducing interesting and new projects to clients along with all the project details
• Preparing presentations for clients including ROI calculations for specific units to show the net income
• Initiating the sales process with customer-specific investment proposals and a cost-/ cash-flow overview
• Preparing the clients and making them familiar with all the steps and procedures within the sales process
• Creating the RERA contracts/forms (A, B, F) in relation to the sales of properties and real estate in Dubai;
• Proposing the unique C&P Service Package to clients so that they see the advantages when working with us
• Networking within the German-speaking and European clientele as the main target group
