Hotel Manager

The Hotel Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities of operations in conjunction with the Area General Manager in order to maximize profitability and to ensure high standard guest service and product quality.

What you will be doing:

– Leading the Business.
– Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
– Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational departments’ annual and long-term goals.
– Evaluate changes in guest needs to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
– Manage performance issues that arise within departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel team members and managers.
– Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business.
