Deployment Engineer
Job Description
<p>EgyBell is hiring Deployed Engineer to be hired for a Multinational company.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Implement integrations requested by customers</p><p>•Deploy updates and fixes</p><p>•Provide Level 2 technical support</p><p>•Doing documentation if needed</p><p>•maintain tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience</p><p>•Perform root cause analysis for production errors</p><p>•Investigate and resolve technical issues</p><p>•Develop scripts to automate some tasks</p><p>•Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements and skills:</p><p>•Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure is MUST</p><p>•Excellent experience with dockers is MUST</p><p>•Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.</p><p>•Maintain operational, configurational, and other procedures.</p><p>•Communicate technical and non-technical information to technical support groups, customer support</p><p>•Excellent troubleshooting</p><ol><li>•Excellent understanding of Ansible, Mongo, and SQL</li></ol>
