Our client in the field of Food Services, Restaurants & Catering and is looking for HR Manager.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Updated with all new tax related and employee related laws
- Making sure that everyone abides by the corporate culture
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counseling – to any situations such as harassment, and employee’s concerns
on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Payroll and payroll system
- Manage the casual labor system
- employee housing and transportation
- Employee profiling and monitoring/ sustain all personnel files
- Administrative paperwork, contracts, notices, insurance deals and contracts
- Recruiting and resignation process
- Work in finding training programs for all departments to improve work experience and team work –
- Develop annual training plan.
- Work on an appraisal/ rewarding/penalty system:
- · Responsible for all government authorities, and all related paperwork
· Responsible for employee’s attendance
